Enjoy looking at all the fabulous activities the children have taken part in this term

Painting urban and rural landscapes as part of Topic and English learning Making mono prints in our Art lesson Learning about Chinese New Year We enjoyed trying a new type of printing, relief printing Diamond Class really enjoyed practicing their balances during our PE gymnastics lesson Thank you to all those who joined us for the story telling session We had a special letter, something from Lovelock Bridge and even some Bakewell Pudding! Our first YogaBugs session! Our printing pieces using our designs inspired by Lou Tonkin, based on rural and urban Learning all about different types of weather Today we had a go at creating our own Stone Age cave paintings! Year 1 really enjoyed World Book Day! Diamond Class really enjoyed trying sewing today as a new joining technique in DT! Big thank you to Mr Sharp who managed to get our girls a brand new kit Homework club is over for this term - it’s been a pleasure 🌸 Captain Hook on World Book Day! Thank you if you came along to the book fair today Happy World Book day from Pearl Class! 📚 You all look amazing! We’ve really enjoyed the snow We’ve been minibeast hunting! We are having a lovely afternoon learning about E-safety for Safer Internet Day💻 Stay and Play Club! A great trip to look at the deciduous and evergreen trees What a lovely way to start our Monday morning with some relaxing yoga! We really enjoyed following instructions to grow cress This afternoon we had a fire safety talk in Y2. For Storytelling Day we got all cosy and read some books by Lucy Rowland and Ben Mantle Today is Safer Internet Day. We enjoyed being scientists - investigating the way water is transported in plants learning about how Muslims celebrate Eid breakfast together this morning as part of our English ‘hook’ lesson Happy World Book Day! A little bit of snow fun ❄️❄️ We used play dough to help sort out our fractions problem We were taught various ways to dismount the apparatus. We made music in the sounds of a river How fantastic you all look as your favourite book characters 📚. In PSHE we have been discussing healthy food, sleep routines and exercise Great morning with Premier sport learning ultimate frisbee skills🥏 A game of Ultimate Frisbee where we practised space finding and teamwork skills Happy World Book Day! 🌍 📚 Y6 on residential! More residential fun! Storytelling Week in Y6! We are having a great start to our Viking Experience Day! Look at our amazing Viking Warriors! Onyx class created lots of great Viking Longboats today, well done Happy World Book Day 😀🦹‍♀️
