Vision

At Allenton we believe that our children understand, believe in and achieve their full potential across the curriculum. 

Through the Art curriculum children will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to experiment, reflect and create their own works of art. They will encounter a wide and diverse variety of artists who they can reflect critically on and gain inspiration from. We encourage creative and imaginative exploration relating to colour, line, pattern, texture, form and shape working through 6 main focuses areas: painting and drawing; sewing and printing; and modelling in malleable and preformed materials.
